PROFESSOR MUSTAFA ŞENTOP, SPEAKER OF THE GNAT, MET WITH THE VICE SPEAKER OF OMAN CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY, IN ANTALYA


Professor Mustafa Şentop, Speaker of the GNAT, who hosted the 12th General Assembly of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) titled "The Role of Multilateral Cooperation among Asian Parliaments" met with the Vice-Speaker of Oman Consultative Assembly in Antalya 14.12.2019

Professor Mustafa Şentop, Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, stated during the meeting that the relations are not in the desired level although there is not any problem between two countries.

"We are pleased that the recovery in our bilateral trade started in 2017 and gained momentum last year. Şentop underscored that in the UN only five countries decide on matters, which concern the whole world and addresses to the need for change. Stating that the differences between Islamic countries prevented them from coming together on such issues, He said that we are weakening on the point where we should be united and strengthened even further. Islamic World should take place its just place being more powerful in the new World order. Therefore, we must develop and strengthen our economic and political relations. "

Ali bin Abdullah Al Amri , Vice-Speaker of Oman Consultative Assembly,  stressed that  they have the desire of further promoting the relations with Turkey.
