Speaker of the Parliament, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şentop visited some historical sites in the capital Skopje as part of his visit to North Macedonia. April 27, 2022

Starting the city tour from the Skopje Castle, the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye,  Şentop visited the historical castle with his delegation and received information from the authorities.

Şentop passed from the Skopje Castle to the historical Mustafa Pasha Mosque, visited the mosque and the tomb next to it.

Şentop visited the Arasta Mosque at the exit of the Mustafa Pasha Mosque and greeted the citizens in the streets of the Old Skopje Bazaar, which contains historical places such as Sulu Han, Çifte Hamam and Murat Pasha Mosque.

Şentop, passing over the historical Taşköprü after the bazaar, also toured the Macedonia Square in the city center where different statues were erected.

Şentop, who met with North Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski during the day, attended the iftar organized by the International Balkan University, which continues its educational activities in the capital Skopje.
