Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Mustafa Şentop, in his speech at the meeting, expressed his pleasure to be in Azerbaijan and said that he felt at home in Baku

Reminding that President Ilham Aliyev was in Türkiye at the opening of Rize-Artvin Airport two days ago, Şentop said, "We are always together on international platforms. Hopefully, on the occasion of this visit, we will hold talks that will further develop our relations. The relations between our parliaments are also very strong, we even try to develop them by including other neighboring countries.  We will hold the trilateral meeting of the Türkiye-Georgia-Azerbaijan foreign relations commissions soon. Thus, our relations will not only consist of the relations between the two countries, but will gain a nature that will make great contributions to the peace and stability of the region."
