“I strongly condemn the detention of İsmail Erel, Sabah Newspaper’s Representative in Germany, and Cemil Albay, Editor-in-Chief of Sabah Avrupa Newspaper, in Germany, following the complaint of the FETO terrorist organization members. German-style freedom: Freedom of the press if you do work against Türkiye; Detention, if you criticize the opponents of Türkiye... It is very clear that the German judiciary is the apparatus of politics.”
