SPEAKER ŞENTOP POSTS A MESSAGE ON THE 4th YEAR OF MOSQUE ATTACKS IN NEW ZEALAND
Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (GNAT), Mustafa Şentop posted a message from his personal Twitter account on the anniversary of the terrorist attacks on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, on March 15th, 2019.

Speaker of GNAT, Mustafa Şentop made the following statements in his message:

"We commemorate our 51 brothers and sisters with mercy and prayers who lost their lives in the heinous terrorist attacks on two mosques during Friday Prayers in Christchurch, New Zealand, on March 15th, 2019. With the leadership and initiatives of Türkiye and Pakistan, an extremely important and historical step was taken for the future of the world in terms of rights and freedoms, with the recognition of March 15th as the ‘International Day Against Islamophobia’ at UN General Assembly. On the occasion of this day, we emphasize once again that; Our country will never accept any discrimination based on belief and will resolutely continue its struggle against all kinds of discrimination, racism, injustice, and hate crimes against beliefs and humanity."
