"I commemorate our Azerbaijani brothers and sisters with mercy which rose to martyrdom in Khodjaly 30 years ago, I once again offer my condolences to Azerbaijan, with whom we are together in the grief and joy forever. We will never forget this officially approved genocide as an international crime."
